Our Story
Natasha has strived to create a personal philosophy based upon the ability of interior design to transform lives and awaken the senses, to bring calm and tranquility into their spaces. Natasha has over 25 years of experience in the field of project management and well over 10 years of experience working in the interior design field focusing in the residential and commercial sectors.
It is with the invaluable knowledge gained from her experiences within the residential and commercial sectors that she begun Enrichium. Natasha’s no-nonsense approach, people skills, ability to read and understand clients and exceptional project management skills have ensured that each of the clients and projects tasked to her team and herself is dealt with the utmost sense of respect, design creativity possible and understanding on the implications a budget may have on the possibilities and solutions available for each project.

Enrichium provides a turn key operation for the altered or new residential build. We can manage your project from start to finish and we ensure the project is completed on time at the right price.
We are tasked with the planning, coordinating, budgeting and supervision of the entire construction project.
Enrichium is responsible for the following tasks:
- Estimate and negotiate project costs with all sub contractors
- Formulate budget
- Create schedule and work timetables
- Determine which methods and strategies are appropriate for the project
- Communicate with clients regarding budget and timelines on a weekly basis
- Work with all subcontractors, interior designers, architects to ensure the design is encompassed in full.

Why?
Office staging – optimising and styling an office/space for rent.
Create a real life scenario for prospective clients to view, many clients don’t have the vision. This can work for an office, lobby or a basic reception in order to lease out the space
Office staging is a proven technique for decreasing the viewing time of a property and maximising return on investment. The reason it works is simple – if you can visualise a space then you will sign a lease sooner than an empty space/cluttered office.


What prompted office staging?
Competition : Co-working space provide alternative office spaces in a fully built out, easy transition space. In doing so, competition within the office market for smaller tenants has intensified. By building out smaller units, large landlords remain competitive.
Size : Small units can be difficult to lease. Through office staging, smaller pockets of space can be leased at higher velocity.
Term space : Term space may sit empty as larger tenants have first right of refusal. A short-term leasing alternative lets landlords earn income on the space without jeopardizing the relationship with the larger tenant. Landlords are implementing creative solutions for term space in newly-constructed towers where major tenants may have options for additional space.
Vacancy & New supply : In market segments that have higher vacancy rates, landlords have utilized office staging to set apart their space from the multitude of options that are presented to tenants. Similarly, in markets where class B or C properties cannot compete with new construction, office staging lets the landlord offer the modern amenities, and layouts that appeal to tenants.

As Built Measurements
Many clients / landlords / owners buy property and it is then bought to their attention that there are no plans available at council. If there are plans available then it is of bad quality or all the changes to the building are not updated on plans.
Enrichium has the expertise to carry out the task and ensure that you receive the latest plans, elevations and photos of the building in order to carry on with any alteration thereafter. No job is too big or too small.

White/Green Boxing

“White boxing” is a term used for a certain level of finish in offices. It generally includes exterior walls, ceiling and floor. This is a minimalist look in order for a new tenant can incorporate their look in the fastest way.
“White-boxing” is the exact opposite of staging an office/home to enhance its appeal. Instead of using walls/offices or accessories to sell a space it presents a blank canvas. This allows for an empty space and allows the tenant to design their own layout and then this does not affect their ideas/design.
